5'th Citroën Grand Meeting

P R O G R A M M E

 

Date:   August 13th, 2005.

Place:  Kapitonishkės, about 5 km from Rumshishkes, direction to Alytus.

Time:   Event starts 13.00.

Going to record: We are going to try achieve one record before opening ceremony. There will be aligning the longest row of Citroen cars on the road.

 

It is already the 5'th Grand Meeting organisable by Lithuanian Citroen Club "Citrina".
Moreover - this year is anniversary year - 50 years to

legendary Citroen DS.
We will try to achieve the record "The longest row of Citroen cars in Lithuania" in the light of these facts.
Following formula 5x50=250, we intend to form the row not less than from

2 5 0

"Citroen" cars.

 

There were 117 Citroen cars in row and more than 130 Citroen cars totaly on National grand meeting in 2003.

 

Lithuanian Citroen Club is inviting every Citroen owner with own family and friends to join to this unique event and to have a very nice weakend with all the Lithuanian Citroen lowers and guests from other countries.

 

 

Organized arrival to Kapitonishkes: According to that fact that we are planing new record we would like to ask you join one of car column in Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipeda already.

Events in programme:

-  Formation of cars in stadium, setting of tents, settling in cottages

-  Greetings – club's represantatives, guests, sponsors

-  Announcing of programme

-  Selection of CITRINAs No.1 from different car models, CITRINA Tuning 2005 and CITRINA TOP 2005 (car of the cars)

-  Competition: putting the spheres

-  Competition: fastest raising of Citroën's

-  Basketball competition "Three lemons" (volunteer teams three participants each)

-  Football competition "CITRINA members against guests"

-  Eating of lemon (fastest one is winner)

-  Squeezing of lemon (largest amount of juice in shortest time is winner)

-  Placement of participants into Citroën (as much as possible)

-  Tug-of-war

- For families and little one’s:

        various games, relays,

        children's drawing competition - "Citroen and my family",

        Huntign of Citrotreasure.

 

Evening:

-  Announcement and prize of winners

-  Concert of Lithuanian musical group B I P L A N !!!

-  Festive fireworks and grand fire, music, DJ, pop-group and disco

-  All-evening BEER, snack-bar will be available

 

Participation dues

-  entrance due - each adult person (aging 16 and over) - 20 lt ;

-  cottage lease - one bed 15 lt or 25 lt (until 10 beds in cottages);

-  no additonal fee for camping (tents, fires);
