Citroën is a driving force in the search for innovative technologies. It has been active in the areas of environmental protection and energy efficiency for several years, bringing to market a wide array of practical and efficient solutions. The supermini C2 and C3 Stop & Start hybrids, the C3 CNG, HDi diesel engines, the particulate filters (DPFS), the soon-to-be-launched C4 Bio Tech, and the future C4 HDi hybrid are just some of the efficient, affordable and environmentally friendly products and technologies developed by Citroën. Paris, 27 February 2007 Citroën has two vehicles on show at the International Agricultural Show: the C4 Bio Tech and the C1 HDi 55 (Hall 2.2, Stand B6). · The C4 Bio Tech, which will be marketed in France from September, is a Flexfuel vehicle that can run on fuel with an ethanol content ranging from 0% to 85%. Citroën is already selling C3 and Xsara Picasso Flexfuel models in Brazil. They currently account for 65% of the Marque's total sales in this market. · The C1 HDi 55 stands out for its low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions (109 g/km). Like all the Marque's cars equipped with an HDi diesel engine, it can run on fuel containing up to 30% vegetable oil methyl esters. Similarly, the petrol models can run on mixtures containing up to 10% ethanol with no modification needed. |

Taip, taip Bio diselis musu ateitis  . Jau trecia Bio Diselino gamykla Lietuvoje baigiame projektuoti. Manau geresne alternatyva jau buvo siame forume aptarineta - pneumo varikliai.

Mlet europoje naujiena E85, mano darzine pries 5 metus jau vazinejo su tokiu kuru, atsilieka europa atsilieka. O tas uzpylejas labai i Arte panasus

Bet kuriam dyzeliniam varikliui visiškai vienodai bio ar ne bio dyzelis, problemų gali būti tik su kuro žarnom - kai kurie gumos mišiniai nereaguoja į normalų dyzelį, bet nenori draugauti su bio-dyzeliu. Tik citroenas yra viešai pareiškęs, kad jau nuo ~1995 (plius minus pora metų, nebeatsimenu tiklsliai) į absoliučiai visus Citroen dyzelius galima be problemų pilti biodyzeliną, t.y. jo bijančios žarnos gamyboje nebenaudojamos. Gr2 rašė: Tik citroenas yra viešai pareiškęs, kad jau nuo ~1995 (plius minus pora metų, nebeatsimenu tiklsliai) į absoliučiai visus Citroen dyzelius galima be problemų pilti biodyzeliną, t.y. jo bijančios žarnos gamyboje nebenaudojamos.
Nuo 1997 m. beveik į visas saliarkines galima pilti, bo tų šlangų ne tik citrai atsisakė.
